General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Preamble: These general terms and conditions of sale are entered into by and between Papier-transfert, a company with a capital of 500 euros, headquartered in Courbevoie, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 888 361 011 00016, hereinafter referred to as “Delage,” and managing the website Papier-transfert.fr, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website Papier-transfert.fr, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer.”
Article 1: Purpose
These terms of sale define the contractual relationship between Papier-transfert and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website Papier-transfert.fr. By purchasing a product on this site, the buyer unreservedly accepts these terms of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order.
Papier-transfert reserves the right to modify these terms of sale at any time to comply with new regulations or to improve site use. The applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.
Article 2: Products
The products offered are those listed on the Papier-transfert.fr website, subject to availability. Papier-transfert reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented with a description of its main technical features. The photos are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the seller. Sales of products on Papier-transfert.fr are intended for buyers residing in France, Switzerland, and Belgium.
Regarding Flex Pricing for Resellers (Rolls sold in sizes of 60 cm x 25 meters): The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 3 rolls. Orders not meeting this requirement will not be processed, and a refund will be issued.
For rolls sized 30 cm x 25 cm or 30 cm x 1 meter, there is no minimum order quantity.
Article 3: Prices
The prices listed in the online catalog are in Euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), and include the applicable VAT on the order date. Any change in VAT rate may be reflected in the product prices. Papier-transfert reserves the right to change prices at any time, with the understanding that the listed price on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer. Prices do not include delivery fees, which are charged in addition to the product prices based on the total order amount. For metropolitan France, a flat shipping fee of €4.95 TTC will be charged to the buyer for any order.
Article 4: Ordering and Payment Terms
Each time a buyer visits, they must log in with their information to order or access their account (order status, profile, etc.). Papier-transfert offers two payment options for ordering products:
Payment by Bank Transfer: The buyer selects the products to order, modifies if necessary (quantities, references), verifies or enters a new delivery address, and is then presented with the shipping costs and the name of the carrier. The buyer selects “Payment by Bank Transfer” and receives an order confirmation. The buyer then contacts their bank to transfer the order amount to Papier-transfert’s bank account, details of which are provided to the buyer. Upon receipt of the transfer, the order is processed, and the buyer is notified by email. Papier-transfert ships the products 1 to 3 business days after receiving the transfer, subject to stock availability.
Secure Payment via PayPal or Credit Card (through PAYPAL): The buyer selects the products to order, modifies if necessary (quantities, references), verifies or enters a new delivery address, and is then presented with the shipping costs and the name of the carrier. The buyer selects “Payment via PayPal” and is redirected to the secure PAYPAL interface to enter their PayPal account or credit card details securely. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is formed. Payment by PayPal or credit card is irrevocable.
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having read them thoroughly, and waiver of the buyer’s own purchase conditions. All provided data and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has provided it on the order form, Papier-transfert will send an email confirmation of the order’s registration.

Article 5 : Retention of Ownership
Papier-transfert retains full ownership of the sold products until full payment is received, including principal, fees, and taxes.
Article 6 : Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a fourteen-day period from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
Article 7 : Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographic area. Orders are shipped by La Poste via COLISSIMO or Lettre Suivie, with tracking and delivery without a signature. Deliveries can also be made to a relay point by Mondial Relay. Delivery times are provided as an indication; if they exceed 45 days from the order date, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. Papier-transfert may provide the buyer with the parcel tracking number by email. The buyer is delivered to their home by the postman. In case of the buyer’s absence, they will receive a delivery notice to collect the ordered products from the nearest post office within a specified period. Transport risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the items leave Papier-transfert’s premises. The buyer must check the packaging and contents of the delivered goods in the presence of the postal employee or delivery person. In case of damage during transport, any complaints must be made to the carrier within 10 days of delivery.
Shipping Times
Order preparation, invoicing, and dispatch of in-stock products take 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For heat transfer vinyl and adhesive vinyl, shipping times are 2 to 3 business days. For other items, shipping times are 10 to 20 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are fixed at €4.95 for metropolitan France. Delivery is carried out by Colissimo or Lettre Suivie La Poste (depending on the package weight).
Article 8 : Warranty
All products supplied by Papier-transfert come with a legal warranty as provided by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it can be returned to Papier-transfert, which will accept, exchange, or refund it. All complaints, exchange, or refund requests must be made by post to the following address: Courbevoie, 92400, 51 bis rue Franklin, within thirty days of delivery.
Article 9 : Liability
Papier-transfert’s liability in the distance selling process is limited to an obligation of means. The company cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other involuntary issues.
Article 10 : Intellectual Property
All elements of the Papier-transfert.fr website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Papier-transfert. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any elements of the site, even partially, in any form, including photos, logos, visuals, or text.
Article 11 : Personal Data
Papier-transfert is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer, which may be required for certain services. Any information concerning the buyer is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has the right to access, modify, and delete any information concerning them, which they can request at any time by writing to the following email address: [email protected].
Article 12 : Dispute Resolution
These distance selling terms are subject to French law. For any disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Nanterre in France.
