You have 20 days to contact our Customer Service via email (on the Contact Us page). After that, you have 10 days to return or exchange your item.

⚠️ IMPORTANT : Returns must be sent via postal mail only. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted for the following reasons only:

• Item damaged during delivery
• Item not matching your order

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt.

If you ordered heat transfer vinyl or adhesive vinyl, please note that these are consumable items and cannot be returned after use. They can only be returned if they have not been used.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a maximum of 20 days.
